- OP = Office Space
- OS = Open Space
- P = Planned Development
- PR = Public Park or Recreational Zone
- R1 = Single Family Residential
- R1C = Single Family Residential Cluster
- R2 = Residential Duplex
- R3 = Multiple Family Residential
- RHS = Residential Hillside
- T = Transportation

P-USE = only for planned development 
- MIXED = More than one landuse 
- RSC = Regional Shopping Center
- MP = Light Industrial Zone
